Sales Producer – Property & Casualty

Sales Producers provide risk management services to address the needs of client business partners through insurance and consulting services sales.  Sales Producers are responsible for prospecting new clients through networking, referrals, sales calls and other sources.  This position is responsible for maintaining client relationships to achieve client retention.

A valid Minnesota Insurance Producers license is required along with a valid Driver’s License.  The ability to clearly and accurately communicate, be goal oriented, analyze insurance programs with proven sales skills are required.  Prior experience with Salesforce and Applied EPIC is preferred, but not required.

Client Executive – Property & Casualty Department

Kraus-Anderson Insurance has an immediate opening for a full-time, exempt level Client Executive in the Property & Casualty Department. A Client Executive coordinates client relations to ensure renewal and additional sales needs are met. Primary responsibilities include maintaining and developing client relationships, overseeing new and renewal business marketing, rounding client accounts and general oversight of assigned book. A current and valid Property/Casualty license is required. A minimum of 10 plus years large commercial insurance marketing and customer service is required.

 

Qualified candidates must be able to create a team environment, have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and detailed, and possess at least intermediate Windows, MS Office (specifically Excel) and Adobe skills. Prior experience working in Applied EPIC is preferred, but not required.
