Account Executive – Property & Casualty

Kraus-Anderson Insurance has an immediate opening for a full-time, exempt level Account Executive in the Property & Casualty Department. An Account Executive coordinates client relations to ensure renewal and additional sales needs are met. Primary responsibilities include coordinating client objectives, marketing new and renewal business, and general oversight of assigned book. A current and valid Property/Casualty license is required. A minimum of 5 years large commercial insurance marketing and customer service is preferred.

Qualified candidates must be able to multi-task, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess at least intermediate Windows, MS Office (specifically Excel) and Adobe skills. Prior experience working in Applied EPIC is preferred, but not required.

Sales Producer – Property & Casualty

Sales Producers provide risk management services to address the needs of client business partners through insurance and consulting services sales.  Sales Producers are responsible for prospecting new clients through networking, referrals, sales calls and other sources.  This position is responsible for maintaining client relationships to achieve client retention.

A valid Minnesota Insurance Producers license is required along with a valid Driver’s License.  The ability to clearly and accurately communicate, be goal oriented, analyze insurance programs with proven sales skills are required.  Prior experience with Salesforce and Applied EPIC is preferred, but not required.

Marketing Specialist – Property/Casualty 

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the insurance placement of assigned new and renewal business.  This position This fast-paced position requires the ability build and maintain strong carrier relationships, negotiate effectively. Qualified candidates should have 5-10 years insurance marketing or service experience, construction market experience is preferred but not required.

Additionally, candidates will have strong Microsoft Office knowledge and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Surety Specialist 

The Surety Specialist is responsible for overseeing the bond issuance process while communicating effectively with clients and underwriters to build and maintain relationships.

Qualified candidates should have 5-7 year Surety experience in Surety underwriting or with an agency.  Additionally, candidates will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be detailed oriented.
