Sales Producer – Property & Casualty

Sales Producers provide risk management services to address the needs of client business partners through insurance and consulting services sales.  Sales Producers are responsible for prospecting new clients through networking, referrals, sales calls and other sources.  This position is responsible for maintaining client relationships to achieve client retention.

A valid Minnesota Insurance Producers license is required along with a valid Driver’s License.  The ability to clearly and accurately communicate, be goal oriented, analyze insurance programs with proven sales skills are required.  Prior experience with Salesforce and Applied EPIC is preferred, but not required.

Marketing Specialist – Property & Casualty

Marketing Specialists focus on new business and specialty marketing of large commercial property and casualty insurance placements.  This position is responsible for coordinating/marketing new business efforts in partnership with Producers, negotiating difficult renewals and maintaining carrier relationships.  This fast-paced position requires the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively (both orally and in writing), and negotiate while maintaining and building relationships.

A minimum of 5 years large business commercial lines experience is preferred along with a valid Minnesota Property and Casualty Insurance license.  Prior experience using Applied EPIC is preferred, but not required.
