Sales Producer – Property & Casualty
Sales Producers provide risk management services to address the needs of client business partners through insurance and consulting services sales. Sales Producers are responsible for prospecting new clients through networking, referrals, sales calls and other sources. This position is responsible for maintaining client relationships to achieve client retention.
A valid Minnesota Insurance Producers license is required along with a valid Driver’s License. The ability to clearly and accurately communicate, be goal oriented, analyze insurance programs with proven sales skills are required. Prior experience with Salesforce and Applied EPIC is preferred, but not required.
Client Manager – Small Commercial and Personal Lines
Client Managers are responsible for the daily customer service of Property and Casualty Clients. This position works with Account Executives in the Small Business Unit and Personal Lines by handling client calls, investigating questions and concerns, processing work orders, reviewing contracts and handling resulting insurance requirements, supporting the marketing process, and processing renewals.
This fast-paced position requires the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively (both orally and in writing), and build relationships. A minimum of 1 year small business commercial lines experience and/or personal lines experience is preferred along with a valid Minnesota Property and Casualty Insurance license. Prior experience using Applied EPIC is preferred, but not required.
Client Manager – Employee Benefits
Client Managers in Employee Benefits assist with client relations to ensure renewal and additional sales needs are met. Primary responsibilities include assisting with marketing renewal business and creating proposals, conducting enrollment meetings as directed, and general Employee Benefit customer service.
This fast-paced positions requires the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively (both orally and in writing), and build relationships. A current and valid Life/Health license is required with a minimum of 2 years life/health group insurance marketing and customer service in an independent agency is preferred. Prior experience using Applied EPIC and EASE is preferred, but not required.
