MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (June 2017) – Kraus-Anderson Insurance, a national leader in risk management services, has acquired the operations of Twin Cities-based Dennis J. Linder & Associates (DJL), a property and casualty agency uniquely focused on architectural and engineering firms.
The agreement is KA Insurance’s fourth strategic acquisition in recent years. The company acquired Onyx Benefit Advisors in 2016, Minnesota Insurance Brokers in 2009 and Advanced Risk Manager in 2012.
DJL exclusively features risk management services in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market for architects, engineers, land surveyors, interior designers, environmental consultants, construction managers and design-build contractors.
